Cakes

Among our selection of cakes we have a unique Chocolate Truffle Cake, made with bittersweet chocolate. We do it in three other variants: white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate. The milk chocolate cake and the white chocolate cake are prepared using thin layers of a soft vanilla cake that make it perfectly moist. Our truffle cake is a favorite among our customers for birthday celebrations, it is covered with delicious chocolate flakes. We can add a ribbon made of almond marzipan and personalize it with chocolate writing. It is also a favorite for weddings in San Miguel.

Another is our version of Austrian Sacher Torte Cake, we prepare it with chocolate cake and a homemade raspberry jam filling from El Petit Four, then go covered with a layer of almond marzipan and dipped in chocolate. The original version is decorated with a trio of almond marzipan roses crafted by Norma and Paco and covered in chocolate. If you request it in advance we can customize your cake to make a perfect gift to a loved one.

We also make delicious mousse cakes, some are elaborated with seasonal fruits, others with unique ingredients such as Quark Cheese Mousse with a mix of fruits and an edge of sliced toasted almonds.
Among others we have kiwi and lime mousse, mango and raspberry, cappuccino, etc.

Another of our cakes is the Black Forest. We prepare it with chocolate mousse and cooked black cherries, topped with a creamy mousse with a hint of cherry liqueur and decorated with tiny chocolate flakes and fresh cherries when available.

Pies

Among the favorite pies is the apple pie. It has been an everyday favorite for clients to take home or for restaurants. We also make a fresh plum pie with almond paste or how about the pear pie with pear poached in red wine, the lemon pie and our meringue pie, the plain pumpkin pie or the crispy pecan pie, as well as the delicious Mexican pie made with Xoconostle and almond paste, just delightful.
