Monday´s Market Tour and Cooking Class
Every Monday morning tour in the Mercado for 1 1/2 hours shopping, meeting my favorite vendors and picking fresh produce to cook. Then we will go to a 4 hours Hands-on Cooking Class in my home preparing Traditional Delicious Mexican Food. Finally, we will have a delicious full lunch with a glass of wine, enjoying the food we have prepared together and always with some delicious dessert!

Student Comment - Three friends and I took a cooking class with Paco Cardenas, and it was a wonderful day. His tour of the market in San Miguel, introducing us to vendors and showing us traditional foods, gave us a look at an important part of San Miguel that we otherwise would not have seen. He is charming, and highly informative. This was followed by a trip to his lovely home and outdoor kitchen, where we learned to cook about eight dishes - just the right combination of hands-on and demonstration.
